Privacy

We collect the least we can, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted with one email.
RivalCharts is a tool for coaches. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from anyone under 13. Player names that appear in a report come from public game
pages, and youth players are shown by first name and last initial only.
What we collect, and when
- GameChanger links you paste. They are kept in your own browser so you do not have to re-type them.
When you buy, the two team IDs from those links travel with your order so the report can queue itself. We do
not store the raw text you typed.
- Your email address — when you buy (from the payment receipt), ask for coverage alerts, subscribe to
5 Seam Fastball, or send an organization-pricing inquiry (name, email, phone, team). It is used for exactly what
you asked for: your report, your redemption link, the alert, the newsletter, or a reply.
- Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's pages. We never see or store your card number.
Stripe sends us the receipt email and the amount so we can deliver what you bought.
- Site usage. First-party only: a random visitor ID in your browser, which pages and buttons you used,
and the campaign tag on the link you arrived from, if any. Country comes from the request; we do not store your
IP address, and your email is never attached to usage data. There are no third-party tracking tags or pixels on
this site. If you bought after clicking one of our ads, we may report that a purchase happened to the ad
platform from our server — an order reference, never your card or your name.
What we do with it
- Build and deliver the report you ordered, and email you the private link and PDF.
- Send the emails you signed up for. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.
- Understand which parts of the site work, so we can make it better.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with the services that run the site
(payments, email delivery, hosting, database), each of which is bound to use it only to provide that service.
Reports and player data
Reports are compiled from publicly viewable game data and material you provide from your own accounts, for
your team’s private preparation. We do not publish player data. Reports are licensed to the purchasing coach
for their team’s private use and are not to be redistributed, resold, or republished.
Cookies
We do not set cookies. Your pasted links, your visitor ID, and the unsent state of a form live in your browser’s
local storage, which you can clear at any time from your browser settings.
Your choices
- Delete your data: email info@rivalcharts.com from the address you
used and we will remove it. Report links you already received keep working unless you ask us to retire them.
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email us.
- Questions: info@rivalcharts.com. A person reads it.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top changes with it.
