Tournament refund policy
This policy applies to
organizer tournament packages covered by the
delivery terms, linked from every coverage manifest before
payment.
We would rather refund a team than ship a book a coach cannot use.
- Any covered team that does not receive its self-scout and its pool-play opponent
books, each at least 24 hours before the relevant game, is refunded in full for that
team. Per team, no proration, no argument — and you do not have to ask.
- If fewer than half the covered teams are delivered to standard, the entire event is
refunded.
- Bracket-round books are a free best-effort bonus outside the delivery terms and carry no
refund.
- If we cannot deliver at all, you owe nothing — and we say so before the event rather
than during it.
The coverage guarantee
Separate from refunds: if fewer than 75% of your entrants reach the games floor by
capture close, you receive a pro-rata credit toward your next event, per the
delivery terms. A team that never reaches the floor receives
a plain note and a credit — never a thin book dressed up as a report.
